Welcome to Hype Window. By using hypewindow.com, our apps, feeds, or alert channels (together, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. The short version: enjoy it, share it, quote it with credit — don't harvest it, resell it, or rebuild it from our data.
What Hype Window is (and isn't)
Hype Window is a sports watchability service: we score live games 0–100 for how worth watching they are, and we alert you when a game turns must-watch. We are NOT a sportsbook, tipster, or betting product. Nothing on the Service is betting advice or a prediction of who will win, and you shouldn't treat it as either.
Our data is ours
The Hype Index scores, tiers, alerts, receipts, recaps, rankings, chaos metrics, and every derived feed on the Service (the “Hype Window Data”) are original works created by our systems and are the proprietary property of Hype Window. Underlying sports facts (who played, who scored) belong to no one — our scores, analysis, and their expression belong to us.
What you may do
Use the Service personally and non-commercially. Share links anywhere.
Quote or screenshot our scores, receipts, and pages — including in articles, posts, videos, and AI-generated answers — with attribution to Hype Window and, where practical, a link. We like being cited.
What you may not do
Without our written permission, you may not: scrape, poll, or bulk-collect the Service or its APIs; redistribute, republish, or resell Hype Window Data or any substantially similar derivative feed; use the Data to build, train, or power a competing product or dataset; frame or mirror the Service; or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls. Automated access beyond ordinary personal browsing requires a license.

Accounts, email, and community
If you subscribe by email you can unsubscribe or delete your data any time — every email carries one-click links, and our Privacy Policy covers the details. Community spaces (like the Founders room) have posted house rules; we may remove content or members that break them.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Scores and alerts are our automated opinion of watchability — we work hard on accuracy (and publish our receipts, hits and misses), but we don't warrant that anything is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hype Window is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
